I believe therapy is a space where you can feel seen and heard, without the need to explain. I offer a warm, safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive and holistic environment where curiosity and acceptance support you in exploring your unique story and becoming your most authentic self.
I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive, accepting place to explore their experiences without explanation or judgement.
I work holistically with people from many different backgrounds, including those recovering from addiction and navigating trauma, anxiety, depression and low self-worth. I also support clients from minoritised communities, first- and second-generation university students, and women rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse.
As a Cameroonian-born therapist living in the UK, I understand how culture, identity, family expectations and lived experiences can impact our emotional wellbeing and sense of self. I have experience supporting people exploring cultural identity, migration, belonging and the complexities of living between cultures. Whatever your background, if you’re facing anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, trauma or a major life transition, I offer a warm, compassionate and culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you gain clarity, strengthen resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each individual, drawing on:
Together we’ll find an approach that best supports your goals and personal journey.
